How long does a Nutec house take to build?+
Most standard builds are complete in 4–8 weeks from foundation to handover, depending on size and site conditions. We give you a clear timeline in your written quote.
Do you build anywhere in South Africa?+
Yes — we regularly build across Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West and KZN. For remote sites we add a transport line item to the quote.
Are Nutec houses safe and durable?+
Nutec fibre-cement panels are fire-resistant, waterproof, termite-proof and don't rot. Structures are engineered to SANS standards.
Can I customise the floor plan?+
Absolutely. We work off standard plans or build to your own drawings. Bedrooms, verandas, decks and internal layouts are all customisable.
Do you handle the interior finishes too?+
Yes. Tiling, cornices, plumbing, ceilings, wall cladding, flooring and painting — we do the full fit-out.
What deposit do you need to start?+
A booking deposit secures your site and material order. Balance is paid in staged milestones — no upfront full payment.
